Qualification For Prospective Tenants & Items Required For Rental Application

NCG Real Estate - Raleigh Great Rentals Welcomes New Tenants:

Prospective Tenants Will Need:

1. Credit score of 600 (A credit score lower than 600 would require additional securty deposit)

2. Gross household montly income of at least 2.5 to 3 times the rent amount.

3. Have a bank account

If you meet these requirements we ask that you to please complete the on-line application; please go to: "APPLY NOW"; we will also need the following items

1. Copy of two months of pay stubs that reflects year-to-date or

2. Copy of tax returns reflection income if you are self-employed.

3. Copy of social security benefits, disability benefits or retirement pensions

4. Copy of documentation reflecting income from child benefits and alimony

5. Copy of documentation reflecting all other income received from benefits, CD's etc.
6. Copy drivers license or photo ID.

7. Copy of pets(s) documentation, certificates, licenses, inoculations and photos.
